I love the overall design and fit of this hat it’s stylish, comfortable, and exactly the look I wanted. However, upon unboxing I noticed loose threads coming off, which was disappointing considering the premium price point. For a brand positioned at this level, quality control and attention to detail should match the cost. With better craftsmanship, this could easily be a 5-star product. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the product has a lot of potential.
